Asset Allocation Fund is a non-UCITS fund providing active allocation. The fund is suitable for individual, companies and institutional investors. The fund is suitable for investors who want to invest in a diversified portfolio with a minimum investment in government-backed securities.
The fund invests in the following asset classes both directly and through funds: Government bonds, other bonds og equity. The Fund can have considerable credit risk. The fund does not have a defined duration interval as it invests both in fixed income and equity. Minimum investment in government bonds is 30% and maximum investment in equity is 40%.
The Fund is an investment fund (non-UCITS) operating pursuant to Act No. 128/2011, on UCITS, Investment Funds and Institutional Investor Funds, and is supervised by the Icelandic Financial Supervisory Authority (FME). Investors should note that investment funds are less restricted in their investment policy than UCITS according to law. The Fund is managed by Landsbréf hf., a management company licensed to operate in Iceland and supervised by the FME. Landsbankinn hf. serves as custodian bank for the Fund.
