The consumer price index increased by 0.24% MoM, bringing the headline number to 3.3%.

Statistics Iceland released the balance of trade in goods for the first ten months, services for the first nine months and goods and services as published in National Accounts for the first nine months of 2018.

The week ahead

Later today, the Central Bank will publish the balance of payments, international investment position and external debt for Q3.

On Friday, Statistics Iceland will release the National Accounts for Q3.

Changes to tariff for Priority Pass

The fee for visiting Priority Pass airport lounges will increase from ISK 2900 to ISK 3900 as of 21. October 2019. At the same time, a fee of ISK 1900 will be charged on the re-issuance of Priority Pass cards.
