Landsbankinn’s price tariff will be amended on 1 April as regards, on the one hand, annual fees on certain credit cards issued by the Bank, and, on the other hand, fees for increasing the withdrawal limit on credit cards and for raising overdrafts.
Changes to annual fees are as follows:
As of 1 April, a fee will be charged for raising the withdrawal limit on credit cards and the amount is based on whether the increase fits within the scope of the automatic credit framework calculated for all of the Bank’s customers. If the desired limit raise fits within the scope of the automatic credit framework, the fee is ISK 390. If the desired limit raise does not fit within the credit framework, customers can apply for a higher limit, for which a fee of ISK 1,390 is charged.
No fee is charged for increasing an overdraft if the change is made in the Landsbankinn app or online banking and it fits within the automatic credit framework. If the increase does not fit within the credit framework, customers can apply for an increased overdraft authorisation and a fee of ISK 790 is then charged on the overdraft increase.
As mentioned above, these changes will enter into effect on 1 April.
